Influence of Price, Product Quality and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at TNA Collection Store of Prambon, Nganjuk

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact price, product quality and service on customer satisfaction at TNA Collection Prambon Nganjuk store. samples in were consumers/buyers who bought products/goods, whether they made an order/purchase by coming directly method used take sample simple random sampling numbers calculated Slovin formula which obtained total one hundred respondents. use quantitative methods applied with a causality design technique. analysis multiple linear regression analysis. result research an: 1) price partially did not have satisfaction. 2) affects consumer 3) had influence 4) (X_1), (X_2) (X_3) simultaneously affected as indicated results f test significant probability value 0.000 <0.05 F counted (25,086)>F table (2,698) store 43.9% rest studied study.
